Responsible: DEBRA SPAIN.
Purpose: Management of visitors to the website who make donations by telematic means by the person responsible for the file through the same.
Legitimation: Legitimate interest for the development of the activity of the association and the consent of the interested party.
Addressees: Maintenance of an agenda of donors. Communication to the Tax Agency through the informative declaration of donations, donations and contributions received, according to the law of Patronage 49/2002 of December 23.
Rights: Access, rectify and delete data, as well as other rights as indicated in the Privacy Policy.
Cancellations: In the event that the associate registration is made by mistake, the person who performs it will have the right to its cancellation if requested within a period not exceeding 48 hours via email admin@debra.es.
